Track, Report and Publish.

Report Writer EYFS gives key workers and teachers the ability to track all statutory framework elements from birth to five years old, including the characteristics of effective learning.

Report Writer lets you attach photos and video to any child’s report. Capture moments, comments and tag them to a child in your nursery or school. Reports can be previewed in full at any time, giving you a snapshot of progress for individuals or the entire nursery/school.

For Nurseries, Schools and Parents

At the click of a button Report Writer publishes beautifully presented reports for parents and an extended report for key workers/teachers. The parent report displays the characteristics of effective learning statements, photos and video.

The extended report provides in-depth representation of a child’s development including a breakdown of the statutory EYFS framework.

Report Writer EYFS also generates results and statistics for management to review. Charts comparing Girls vs Boys, SEN vs non-SEN, LAC vs non-LAC and Pupil Premium vs non-Pupil Premium can be produced at the click of a button. The system generates reports showing how each of the elements in the framework are performing and compares the results against age group phases.

This data is perfect for presenting to Ofsed and nursery/school management on request.

Detailed Child Profiles

Every child has their own editable profile within the Report Writer dashboard.

Easily upload and crop photos, add valuable information such as SEN status, Language, Looked After status, Funded, Pupil Premium and more. You can setup reports and edit all personal information manually or via an import from your school MIS, such as SIMS.

Print, Online and Parent app Publishing

Whether it’s a Settling In, Six Month, Annual or Two Year report, parents will love reading it in printed format or online. Nurseries and schools can batch print reports at the click of a button, or send push messages to parents via the app.

The new Report Writer app will allow parents to request printed and bound reports from the palm of their hand, delivered to their home.
